Jordan Bloom’s performance mindset training and hypnosis program is designed to help each individual athlete reach their true potential. During this fully customized program you will learn the mental tools in order to remove the mental blocks and become the athlete you create in your mind. Combining this with the science of hypnosis, the athlete will harness the full power of their subconscious mind. This package also includes a mentorship aspect. Jordan is always available for his athletes throughout the week, before games, or when they need his advice or expertise. 

Working with sports teams, Jordan helps create a standard and culture envisioned by the coaching staff. Meeting with the staff before working with the athletes to learn more about the program, where they want to be, and what challenges they face. Each team Jordan works with is unique based on their needs. Through weekly team talks, open office hours, and presence at games and tournaments, Jordan provides the support needed to help the team achieve their goals and grow together.

Hypnosis is not needed for every athlete. This performance mindset training program will give you the mental tools to train your mind to become confident, disciplined, and mentally resilient. You will also learn tools in order to stay focused and locked in during the ebbs and flows of competition. Sessions could be done in either of Jordan’s offices, at your home, or even at your practice facility/ field. 

Jordan works with athletes all over the country via Zoom or FaceTime. This program is designed to have one half hour meeting each and every week to give the athlete the mental tools to succeed, while helping athletes navigate the ups and downs of training and competition.

He works with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from preteens to collegiate players, empowering them to break through mental barriers, optimize performance, and achieve their goals.

As an athlete himself, Jordan deeply understands the mindset required for success. Having grown up playing a variety of sports, from lacrosse to volleyball, and now as an avid golfer, snowboarder, and gym enthusiast, he practices the principles he teaches.
